We only collect personal data when you voluntarily fill out the site's contact form: name, company, email, role (optional), subject, and message (optional). We don't collect any personal data from visitors who simply browse the site without submitting the form.

We don't collect, through this site, any category of sensitive data as defined by LGPD Art. 5, II (racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, health data, genetic or biometric data, among others). Please don't include this type of information in the form's message field.

We use the data submitted through the form solely to respond to your inquiry and, when applicable, to follow up on your request — for example, scheduling a strategic conversation or sharing more details about a service. We don't use this data for unsolicited marketing, and we never sell, rent, or share it for purposes beyond what you requested.

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (LGPD Art. 7, IX): by filling out the form and voluntarily sending us your information, you show active interest in being contacted, and the processing is strictly limited to fulfilling that request.

Information submitted through the form is forwarded by email to the AOKAI team via Gmail/Google, which acts as a data processor for that delivery. We don't share your data with any other third party, except when required by law, court order, or a competent authority.

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools. The site's structure is ready to support a tool like Google Analytics in the future, should AOKAI decide to activate it — if that happens, this policy will be updated before activation, explaining what data would be collected and how to opt out of tracking.

We don't store form submissions in any database of our own. They're forwarded directly by email to our team as soon as you submit the form, and from there follow Gmail/Google's own retention policy.

We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect the data you send us, such as encrypted connection (HTTPS) between your browser and our site, and a secure connection (TLS) when sending the notification email. No system is entirely immune to incidents, but we're committed to acting quickly and notifying the relevant authorities and affected individuals in case of a significant security incident, as required by LGPD.
